Lovely times of life

Lovely times of life will not return back
forever ... but the lovely relation &
the missing memories of you will stay in
the heart forever...!.! "
"If ur eyes are sweet, you would like all the people of the world,
But
If ur tongue is sweet all the people of the world like you.

EQ and School Climate

What did it feel like to walk down the halls at your school when you were a kid? Was it safe, welcoming, inclusive? What’s it like for your children? Do they feel physically and emotionally safe? As a teacher, what’s it like to go to work? How do the adults at the school treat each other? As a parent, how accepted and valued do you feel?
Over the past two decades, educators and parents have come to understand that school climate, “ the quality and character of school life, fosters—or undermines—children’s development, learning and achievement” (National School Climate Center). A growing body of research demonstrates that positive school climate is critical for academic achievement, school success, effective violence prevention, healthy students, and helps retain teachers. It’s no secret that bullying is a huge problem in schools everywhere. While adults often minimize bullying concerns, according to the National School Climate Center, students consistently rate bullying as a “serious” problem. http://www.youmint.com/network-su01
So, it’s promising that schools are beginning to focus on school climate rather than merely anti-bullying programs.  Educators now understand that only with systematic attention to developing a positive http://palmresearch.com/ref/1372161   school climate and to making social emotional learning a pillar of the school, will the problem of bullying be adequately be addressed. To focus on school climate, two factors are critical: 1) the school community needs to develop a shared vision, and 2) the school’s current climate needs to be assessed in a comprehensive and reliable manner. http://www.swapyourvoice.in/signup.php?ref=b8aab492250bb60e25d3876e795ca9da

Disrupting Education

Over 50 million children are left behind each year, in that they do not attend school. Perhaps twice that number are left behind in that they attend school but learn almost nothing. Then there is everyone else, and they're not doing much better either. Take America, for instance, which has a higher education system that is the envy of the world but a K-12 system that is an embarrassment to the world.  http://feeds.feedburner.com/SuhasPathak
How do we fix this mess?. So how can we attract the best teachers and retain them? Pota, the CEO of the Varkey GEMS Foundation, today on Big Think announces the release of the first comprehensive attempt to   http://www.clixsense.com/?3032288  compare the status of teachers across the world. http://q.gs/1QYxS

Email--Marketing the best Source of Business

Email Marketing strikes many as old-fashioned. More fashionable venues like social media and mobile marketing get all the attention, and some people will  http://www.cbmall.com/?storefront=suhas58576 even try to tell you that email marketing is dead.   Email is more powerful than ever thanks to social media.                                                         http://12c3blwamc9t82bbqyzd2prteg.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=SPK81   Because it moves the conversation about your business to a more personal environment — the in-box.                                                                                         "http://ws.amazon.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&MarketPlace=US&ID=V20070822/US/httpwwwsuhasp-20/8002/9845349a-4c67-49bd-affd-fd79676fc724&Operation=NoScript"
